Chef Dillon Tabor

In 2021, Kentucky native and long time chef de cuisine at one of Lexington's favorite fine dining restaurants decided to turn his culinary passions into a project of his own. Dillon’s love of jerky started with a taste for venison jerky growing up, and an appreciation for respecting and utilizing every part of an animal. Cane Creek Jerky started in Dillon's own kitchen, experimenting with flavors and techniques, and sharing with friends and family.

Every batch of Cane Creek Jerky is made by hand. Years of cooking with spices and condiments from all over the world has given Dillon the knowledge to create unique and eclectic flavors. Working with our proud regional partners, we carefully select the finest ingredients, and hand-craft each delicious slice.
